Missing old friends

I am feeling a bit homesick for the States today. The summer always does that. I associate nice weather with old friends, camping, gatherings, and of course, music.

Life has been chaotic lately. I am still getting used to the new apartment and am trying to deal with ongoing medical tests, trying to find the source of my heart palpitations. They're scary and exhausting.
