I woke up after having another dream about a boy I knew in grade school. I don't think I have seen him since grade 4, but he frequents my dreams as a very nice man who helps me out.

At first, I was paranoid something was wrong with him (i.e. sick, dying, dead, etc). These recurring dreams always make me a little superstitious. I went and searched for him online, and nothing suspicious came up.

Then I started thinking about what that time in my life represents and I realized that was probably the most innocent, happy part of my childhood. There's a huge gap between what sort of child I was at age 8 versus age 12, so no doubt the innocence and happiness is somehow captured in this boy I once knew.

Does anyone else have recurring dreams about a person or people from their past? What do they represent for you?

Badlands

So I have been working away on getting the Badlands book in order. It will likely be available sometime in February for your purchasing pleasure -- with lots of poems not found here. So don't think you can be cheap little readers and steal it all (evil laugh).
